Mini breakfast egg cups. You can make them in one of those mini-muffin tins. Whisk eggs with some milk, add veggies and eggs to the cups, and bake. They can be served at room temperature. Google returns hundreds of recipes for this.

spinach dip! replace at least some of the mayo with greek yogurt and double the spinach. i still prefer to use a bread bowl, but i also enjoy dipping carrots in there. so good!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

I usually bring a veggie tray. Good for those looking for something healthy; good for those who dip into the ranch dressing to give those veggies flavor.

Hummus and vegies are always welcome at any group. People are usually happy to find something that isn't "sweet or fattening". Or maybe just some fresh fruit to grab and munch on. Or maybe fruit skewers. Or go all out and make melon and ham kabobs - sweet, savory and not too much guilt.

My bowling league has a Christmas Party where we all bring something and this year I have no ideas. It is a morning (9:00 am) league and there are always plenty of sweets but I'd like to have something different, appealing, and healthy. I tried Pinterest but was overloaded with the unhealthy things.
Any ideas?
