I would add to sauces and pretty much any entree- would work well sauteed with other veggies as a side, added to a sauce, chili, burger patties, etc! If you don't want the chunks, you can puree for a smoother texture (you could even add to mashed potatoes/cauli/etc).

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

I love it when grocery stores carry the veggie mix of celery, carrot, and onion already diced. Trader Joe sells it for $3 and it's worth the labor saving.

I usually saute the entire container at once so it's soft enough to reheat and use quickly.

Added to a morning skillet, it's a quick way to turn scrambled eggs into a frittata.

With some broth, they help make a quick soup.

What are some other ways?

There is no such thing as the final success in life. What is really meaningful is the courage to face the next minute, the next hour, the next day.
