Soups of all kinds. Chili, variety of bean soup, vegie. Then I freeze in lunch size servings. Very, very convenient and easy to do.

My current favorite is to make a huge pot of stew using homemade chicken bone broth, ground veal, and a bunch of different veggies and spices. Then ladle into 1.5 cup portions and freeze.

Easy to take lunch of under 300 calories that's very filling and has a daily portion of 5 veggies in every portion.

There is no such thing as the final success in life. What is really meaningful is the courage to face the next minute, the next hour, the next day.

I do freezer meals all the time since I live alone with my 2 cats. I make crock pot meals like roasts with vegetables and portion them off for later. I also make chili in the crock pot and again portion it off.

Just about anything works great. I usually just add a salad with the meal and voila, complete dinner.

I am a born again Christian and I love the Lord with all my heart. He has changed my life so I now live with more peace and contentment. I no longer desire to have what some of my friends have , but know God knows my needs and I am so grateful that He has given me my needs and not my wants. I enjoy writing my daily blog Bible Verse for each day. I enjoy spending time with God every day.
I enjoy Spark People and the ones I have become friends with. Thy have become an encouragement as I go al

Does anyone here use freezer meals? I have found them to be huge time savers during the week. What types of meals do you freeze? What have you found that is helpful?
