There's a couple of my friends addicted to a restaurant special.
The risotto is served from a huge parmesan cheese round that has been hollowed out.

Cheese course after a meal and in place of dessert. We really like "stinky" cheeses and try to have a variety on hand. We make the plates when we are making dinner to be sure they get to room temperature where the taste and texture are perfect. Sometimes have some fruit - figs, pears, blackberries. I don't do any bread or crackers (too many carbs), but will use a bit of white truffle honey. OMG!! A little tiny bit goes a long, long way. It's expensive and hard to find, but worth it. Picture is actually pretty typical for us when we are stocked with cheese.

There's a couple new products on the market that provide crunchy cheese -- they're usually in the gluten free sections. Usually cheese plus egg whites.

I've always been afraid to try brie because I'm not sure I'd like the taste. I stick to cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, american, muenster, colby, sharp (extra), and I like the shredded mixes.

I love going to the Melting Pot and having cheese fondue. I love cheese with apples, grapes, crackers, bread, with bologna, in dips, salads, pasta, etc.

I have been given some recipes that call for cheese as dessert. Baked pears with walnuts and brie plus berries for colour.

Cheese with apple slices are a staple for me. The cheese stops the insulin spike so I won't (or shouldn't) be hungry again in two hours. Cheese always helps if you eat it when you have something sweet.

I prefer soft cheeses with good bread, sometimes with truffle honey or fruit preserves. For a less strongly flavored soft cheese, I often have an open faced sandwich with fresh fruit, like goat cheese with pear.

I do enjoy hard cheeses on their own, with nuts and fruit (like cherries and dates and grapes) on the side.

Of course we enjoy all the standard cheesy goodness like mac and cheese, queso, grilled cheese, etc :)

There's so many answers here. Maybe you have a specific cheese type in mind?

Cheese lover but do try to keep it to an ounce. I use the string cheese which is exactly 1 ounce and I stick to the 50 calorie type. I am on NS plan to that is part of my powerfuel that I enjoy.

Grated pecorino Romano on my salad, and usually a slice as part of my bedtime snack, either sharp cheddar or low fat provolone

I love cheese in many ways. I am known to throw the occasional wine and cheese pairing, and life without cheese for me would be a very sad thing indeed.

I would have to say my favorite way is to just get a nice, flavorful cheese and just the right cracker and take it in little bites to really experience the full flavor.

That and grilled cheeses with gruyere cheese. There's just something about melter gruyere that makes me a happy girl.

Any way I can get it! lol
I am the cheese queen, and my weight attests to it.

Right now, I'm going with low/reduced fat cheese sticks, and I like fruit with it, or on a sandwich, sprinkled over veggies, ect.

Cheese toast (reduced fat cheese and low calorie bread) makes a tasty breakfast that feels indulgent.

I'll eat a stick as a before bed snack, if I'm starting to feel hungry.
I'll add some shreds to a potato (with a bit of bbq sauce) for lunch.

mmm, this is all making me hungry! lol

I just bought a round of brie. I've cut a bit and eaten it just like that.

Any suggestions on eating cheese in general. I thought of eating it with fruit, like grapes but I don't have any grapes atm.

I do have some nectarines but I prefer eating my fruit and cheese separately to really enjoy the flavors!

What about you? How do you eat your cheese?
