I am answering in reference to what is and what is not vegetarian foods. There are many types of vegetarians. There are Vegans-no types of animal products-even honey. There are vegetarians that maintain a vegetarian diet with the addition of fish and seafood.--a pescatarian--with the addition of chicken--pollotarian. with the addition of eggs ovo vegetarians. But what all of these have in common is that a vegetarian diet is maintained with the addition of only these foods. The toughest one, to maintain would be the Vegan, in my opinion. Wow-no milk products, cheese has to be of the soy variety. Veggies all the way.
