I'd like clarification on amounts of two of the ingredients. The full list is here to show proportions of each ingredient. The recipe says 10 servings.
3 white onions, quartered 4 plum tomatoes, quartered 3 cloves garlic, peeled 2 banana peppers 3 ancho chilies, dried 1 t chili powder 1 t cocoa powder, unsweetened 2 cups chicken stock, reduced sodium 1 lime, juiced and zested
Is the "1 t" as shown for chili powder and cocoa powder a teaspoon or a tablespoon? In general, the cookbook world does not abbreviate teaspoon with a lower-case "t" -- it is "tsp." Capital "T" is the common abbreviation for tablespoon.
My guess is that the correct amounts are tablespoons, given the amounts of other ingredients, but, if I'm wrong, I'll have an inedible mess.
