Hi @LYNMC1957,

On your Nutrition Tracker page ( www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/nutrition.asp ), scroll down a bit to the "Tools & Settings" section and click the link for "Show Meal Plans. That will populate our suggested meal plans for each day. To select meal preferences, click the link in that section for "Edit Nutrition Goals". The preferences are on the lower part of that page.

Having said that, we do not offer gluten-free menus. Please see this FAQ for more info on that:

I hope this helps.

Hello!

SparkPeople generates those meal plans for you, based on your weight loss goals. The plans stay within your recommended nutrition ranges. You will have to use our website for the recipe links to work from the meal plans--sorry they do not show in the app! On our website, there will be a "view recipe" link after the food name that you click to open the recipe. In other cases, there is not an actual recipe; but, there will be a "directions" link to the right of the meal plan name. Hover your cursor over that link and a small window opens with those details.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have additional questions.

I just started using this app. Where does the meal plan on my log page come from? The recipes, where do I find the actual recipe?
