I've been dealing with this weight loss and healthy living thing for awhile. Over the last four years, I lost 80 lbs and am starting to put it back on which is doubly bad because I had 50 more pounds that I wanted to lose. I can deal with not being as far as I wanted but not with backsliding. So here I am, a little older and a little wiser, and a whole lot determined!
