very angry........the bank did an internal adjustment to their system and has locked me out. Despite all attempts to get them to unlock my account having proved to them that I am the genuine account holder, they insist that I must go to the bank tell them who I am and they will unlock the account. Damn waste of time....anybody can turn up with an ID in my name and give any number. Senior persons in the bank have my current number and have advised Customer Service, who have called me on the same number, so I can't figure out why. I am hoping I can use my card at the ATM so I can withdraw ALL of my money tomorrow, pay off my credit card as I will be getting my new card from another bank by Friday.
