Glad that I lost another lb. Not happy about the heat and humidity. Mixed feelings about having to buy a new tire.

Great I exercised first thing this morning then had to go to the dentist, I was really early so I took a 1/2 hour walk thru park it was really relaxing. Ate a 6 inch turkey sub on wheat at subway for lunch minus the cheese and mayo used ff italian then berries and half banana for snack. feeln real healthy
