His Aztec Diet faded away, so he got a new angle for his new book. But, since it had been around several years now and no one heard of it... I guess few bought into this gimmick

As a teen in the 70s, I discovered that caffeine suppressed my appetite allowing me to easily eat less and lose weight. That was before the sleep issues that I developed later in life. The coffee wasn't strong by today's standards. I drank a cup of black coffee with each meal. Nowadays I can't drink any coffee after 12pm if I want to sleep well at night.

I love coffee. When I was on vacation for 6 weeks. we had strong coffee - I was walking and exercising much daily on tours. I never got the problem of sleepless at night. So I know if I exercised daily like we did on our trip. I could drink more, but I don't. I also lost 5 lbs and 2 inches on my waist.
Learning to let go is hard, but it gets easier. I am not getting older just better!
I just read the book description on Amazon. It sounds like he teaches you how to find the best beans and pair food. He teaches that coffee can be part of a healthy lifestyle. Well, duh...of course it can be.
I know enough about coffee having worked for many years at coffee shops, including Starbucks. As for "diet", I don't need another gimmick. I will stick with healthy, balanced eating.
