I have
Cans of baked beans
Cans of Black Beans
Cans of Cannellini Beans
Cans of Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas)
Cans of Red Kidney Beans

There are tons of things you can do with them.
Here is one recipe that I has just come through from SP

You can cook up some veggies in a stock and puree them along with the beans and make a nice soup

or you can use exactly the same stuff and less liquid and puree it into a form of hummus.

Add it to some ground meat and have with pasta, Parmesan and chopped courgette and mushroom.

Drain them and mash them, then add them to ground meat, and egg and some breadcrumbs or some flour, garlic and finely chopped capsicum, and your choice of herbs/spices and make burgers or a meat loaf out of them.

Tonight I had a meal that I had bulk cooked a while ago and froze. It was Pork, Potato, Black Beans, Swede, Red Lentils, Cabbage, Leek, Celery, canned Mexican flavoured Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Pumpkin, and Kumara (similar to your sweet potato.) It was yummy and very filling.

Layered enchiladas.
Sauce the baking dish
Layer tortillas, beans, roasted or parcooked veggies, sauce, repeat at least three times.
Bake until warmed through, about 15-20 min (this is why the veggies are already cooked)
Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt and green chile salsa.

Jerk shrimp with sweet potatoes and black beans.

Refried beans can be thinned out to become soup. I did it when my wisdom teeth came out, but you could certainly add most taco/burrito/quesadilla type ingredients and leave them as chunky as you'd like for texture. Potatoes are also tasty with refried beans.

Top a pizza (or pizza-like base of your choice) with black beans and salsa. Which is also a good topping for baked potatoes. Come to think of it black beans and salsa (and salsa vegetables) are a great add in for mac and cheese. Tastes a bit like that Tostitos dip but has some nutritional value.

I have canned refried beans. I have cans of black beans.

What in the world can I do with these cans?

By the way, I have tortilla wraps if they could be of some use!

Thank you!
