I did Stillman's in the 70's. Not a good thing. I took off a lot of weight fast but there were all kinds of issues. Better to do Atkins where you at least eat veggies with all the protein.

No thanks! I love colourful vegetables too much to only eat meat.

This vegetarian wants to know of the full on carnivores, where do you get your fiber?

Partial kidding aside (we get asked where do you get your protein daily, if we mention our diets. It’s annoying), I cannot imagine giving up real food to eat nothing but animals. The flavor limitation, the constipation, the body odor from ketones...

Wake up every day knowing you make the decision to begin your journey anew.

This choice in this moment defines now.
What is your now?

I haven't and wouldn't consider it. My thoughts are that it is very dangerous eliminating a variety of food types - particularly fruit/vege and other healthy fibre/vitamin/mineral containing foods.

I haven't. I know a family member who did. They were sick of meat in a week.

If you have ever been on the Carnivore Diet, what was the diet like? Are you still participating? For or against?
