Thank you Denise, my calories are 1320-1670. Going to try and be more careful to keep it within those numbers. At this time, I don’t want everyone seeing my food. Thank you again. emoticon

Update your weight goal page so the site will recalculate that for you. To do that, go to the My Trackers tab, select My Weight, then click on the button to edit your weight goal that is near the top of the page. Make sure all info there is current and correct and click on the button to save the page. Clicking the save button is what will trigger the site to update your nutrition goals accordingly.

To set your Nutrition Tracker so others can view it, go to your SparkPage, click on the button for SparkPage settings, check the box for "Share My Food Tracker" and click the button for Save Changes. Other members will then be able to view your tracked food from your SparkPage.

I din’t know How to make my nutritional Tracker open and I put the calorie RANGE in and din’t know How to reset it to be what SP says.

What range has SP given you?

Are you getting 5+ servings of fruit/vege per day? 80g (2.82oz) is a serving.

Are you eating at least 60g protein in a day?

If you make your Nutrition Tracker open, then it will be easier for us to be able to help you with perhaps some minor tweaks.

Hi Kris, thanks for writing. I would like to lose around 10 pounds. I walk 5x a week but I can only walk like 10 minutes because of some pain I am in. I believe that I could maintain around 1400 calories but I get hungry so I go over almost everyday. I have put 1400-1600 and still go over. I am not sure how many I should be having. I try to eat a,it of protein and fiber. Just not sure what I need to do. Thank you for your help.

A lot depends:

Are you still trying to lose weight?
How much and what type of exercise do you do?

What does SparkPeople suggest for the range (assuming that they have accurate informatin including how much exercise you do and your goal and the time-frame to reach it.

What calories are you consuming?

Sometimes a person eats more because they are hungry, which in turn is sometimes because they aren't eating enough protein or healthy fats OR plenty of fibre (fruit/vege/wholegrains) to help with their satiety.

I am not sure how many calories I should have per day? I am 5’5” and weigh 150.2 today. I seem to go over my calories every day. Need help. Thank you emoticon
