I have pleurisy, 2 types of anemia, macrocytic anemia, Iron deficiency anemia, from blood transfusions with wrong antibodies, causes blood to replace daily instead of 100 days, chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years. Now formed scar tissue.I am 56 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well. I have new blood clots now,2019.I am on P.S.T. time zone.

I did, I do every year. I make a list and I’m actually pretty decent about getting most of them done. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten them all but short term goals are good for me. They keep me motivated throughout the year so I keep moving toward self improvement. If I didn’t have them I’d just blob out on the couch for 365 days.

Yes! 2019 is my year for changes!! Both inside and out!

I do not like the person I see in the mirror or the person I have become when looking inward. It is NOT who I am nor want to be. I want to not just look in the mirror and see pretty I want to be pretty inside too.

I gave up making New Year's resolutions ages ago. Like others, I prefer to set more reasonable (and attainable) short term goals that keep me on the path during the year.

New Year's Resolutions are too easily forgotten by February.

That's why I told a relative of mine at dinner, sign up for your gym membership in January to get the best deal. But, don't start going until mid to late February when the crowds start thinning out. pardon the pun. eh-hem.

I didn't mke a New Year's Resolution per se but I did start getting my finances in order. I am working on a budget and have an emergency savings account already and am working towards 3 months of income.

I gave myself a Christmas present of a January Doctor's appt to discuss my knees: if I can do any phys therapy to keep them hurting less---THAT's my New Year's Resolution!! I still have a lot of hiking, biking and gardening I want to do!!

New Years Day would come and go and so would my resolutions. So I changed my strategy years ago and started at the beginning of December when I quit smoking and started exercising. The transformation was remarkable. I had more energy and a more positive outlook I did more bike riding, swimming, and jogging. Resisting the negative forces gets positive results

Life has many doors that lead to SUCCESS that many people fail to open
