Maintain weight & get family on a more comprehensive budget -- too much random spending! (Just like too much random snacking - it's not that a couple of dollars here and there are a big deal, but together they really add up!)

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

I am determined to finally reach my goal weight. Less than 10 lbs to go but those are the hard ones. Also to not gain weight during our 2 months of summer camping.

My biggest goals is FINALLY getting my budget under control. I started focusing on it about a month ago. I actually have an emergency fund already set up, which is huge and am already making progress towards 3+ months of expenses saved up. A perk, I guess, of working 3 jobs.

My other goal is my weight. I have been battling the 40 pounds I regained after losing 80 pounds 10 years ago now. I know this is fairly stereotypical but I feel so gross all the time and know I feel good when I am at a lower weight. I want to run a marathon in 2020 or so and I could do it now but would be miserable and extra slow in my current state.

My first focus is doing what I can for my knees/arthritis!
I've already scheduled a January appt asking for an evaluation and possible referral to phys therapy. My goal is that before spring is over I will have made enough progress to really enjoy hiking this summer. Stay strong...stay young!!

keep my 10,000+ steps streak going (started Apr 30, 2018)

keep busy with part-time & volunteer work (I'm going to semi-retired status as of Jan 1)

add weekly bike rides to my workout schedule
