If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.

I recently bought an airfryer, but I have yet to remove it from the box and am considering returning it.
The way I am looking at it is this, I hear all the good about them, people talk about how you can cook certain foods without all the oil.
In the ad, they show that you can make potatoes and cheesesticks, etc without using oil.
But I dont need to be eating cheesesticks or potatoes with or without oil.
I know they are good to have in the event you do cook foods like that.
But here I am trying to avoid carbs and I wonder if the airfryer is going to give me a false sense of security about eating certain foods.
Just wondering everyone's opinion on this.
