A team lead told my training this about a 1.5 years ago when I transitioned into a new role. We deal with medical claims that are often denied because the records don't support the claim. So, we get some angry callers.

My football coach convinced me not to drop out of high school. I see where my friends are that did not listen and look at where I am and can honestly say that advice changed my life.

Having a friend show me Sparkpeople and how it worked in counting calories and helping to keep track so as to not overeat! I have followed it to the letter and have lost the weight and reached Goal Weight 2x and due to no regular exercise the first time [after losing the wt.], then emotional eating the 2nd time [no one came to my child's bday party], today I am only 7 or less pounds toward GOAL WEIGHT!
And it DOES work! I kept the wt. off for 8 mos. the first time and ONE YEAR the 2nd time, so I KNOW it will STAY OFF permanently as I am much SMARTER in my food choices and exercise amts. this time round!!
