Not nearly enough. 5-6 hours every night this week. I feel that procrastinating and then going to the gym or prepping food late does not help.

Varies~ depends on the week and what is happening~ this week ~the local fair
about 6-7 hours of sleep ,although the first two days of the fair ~4- 5 hours of sleep [I work the fair and and stay up nights doing many projects associated with it}.

I often experience middle of the night "insomnia" which is related to some muscle/joint pain with arthritis, etc. So I will sleep for 2-3 hours, then up for an hour or more, then sleep for 3-5 hrs. If I go for a walk about --yep outside at 2am (!)-- then I sleep very soundly. Plus side: the stars are often lovely and its so quiet...!! Alternatively, I will do some light exercise to stretch and use the muscles and joints. Fortunately, I'm retired, so that alarm clock doesn't have to ring me up at 0600am often....

I was so happy when I recently read that our sleep cycle is 1.5hrs. That knowledge got rid of some of the stress from insomnia. I usually feel pretty good if I get 4 to 5 cycles....

Not nearly what I need. Thanks to menopause, some nights I only get 3-4 hours. It varies. usually I can get 5-6 hours. I've become accustomed to cat naps.

I'm sure I don't get enough sleep and that's cruicle for better health. I only sleep an average 5 hours Monday-Friday. I do manage to get 6-7 hours of sleep on the weekend.
