I also break it out into meals. So much easier to copy/paste and/or group things.

I break it out by meals I try to vary what I'm having from meal to meal. I use my most recent or my favorites list and I find it just as easy to post which meal I having a certain item. I also post my meals in the morning so that I can plan out the calorie spread and I modify the posting as needed

I log my whole day of food under the same meal. I hate logging 🤨 so I just list everything for the day. Numbers are numbers, and it works out for me. Does anyone else do this, or do you break it up by meals...?
