I am trying to stop eating "just because". A few days ago I was wanting to eat when I wasn't hungry. It was after snack and before dinner. I thought about it then decided to drink a bottle of water. It satisfied me and I didn't eat anything until dinner.
I agree! I work hard to avoid the boredom snacking, so I know all about that. For me, it's important to keep myself busy to avoid that boredom and I always plan a few hundred calories for evening snacks. Do you have some strategies that help you?
