Since posting I have donated two small boxes of stuff and found another to drop off. Also I added up what I spent in June and realized I spent about $10 less on junk food than I did in prior months. Today I did an hour of cardio even though I didn't sleep well and totally didn't feel like doing it.
Weight: As of today, I'm 18 lbs away from my goal weight. I'd love to reach it by the end of the year. I have a two button jacket that is too small and I had to "lift up" on it to fasten the last button- not anymore! The top button still doesn't fasten. Fashion: Not really buying anything unless I have to. Good outfits are on hold for now. If I wait until later in the year when I'm at or near(er) my goal weight I'll have a better idea of what I actually need-in time for end of year sales! Decluttering: My goal for this is to get rid of a bag or box of stuff every week (or four or more a month-whichever). Also I've decided to focus on just three rooms of the house (including mine, even though it's the cleanest-but it could be better).
