We haven't had warm weather, never mind hot. I am continuing to walk in the morning. Today was pretty chilly, cool wind and snow underfoot.

I hate being out in super hot/humid weather but I seem to work harder and get more done in the garden on those kind of days. Go figure...

We try to get out early to walk or bike. If life & schedule doesn't allow that we have an eliptical, workout videos, bands, weights, Wii workout, to get us through

We have two exercise bikes at home. Have weights at home, and a rebounder to walk indoors on.... Put music on and dance indoors.

I get my steps in indoors. Walking around my office building, circling the interior of the local Wal-Mart or other "big box" store, mall-walking. Outdoors is really too hot and humid!

for me, my dog walking has been changed to MORNING walks - it's still hot & humid, but not anywhere near as bad as later in the day.

afternoon workouts are either indoors, or I'll go for a bike ride.

We're not quite that hot yet, but still will be waiting for the coolness after sunset for getting in our walk. No A/C in this house, so I enjoyed doing my bodyweight exercises in a nice cool shower!

It is not too fun out here either so I have been experimenting with the fitness videos on spark - they are free(πŸ‘πŸ‘) and some don’t even require equipment
