The only one I listen to is done by 3 of my co-workers at the Public Library, sometimes they'll interview a visiting or local author, artist, performer, book store owner, city personnel, etc or they'll have a book discussion or just talk library programing.

The Jillian Michaels Show and The Fitbottomed Girls Podcast.
However, my favorite podcasts right now are probably:
Swish and Flick: An All Potter Podcast (they're doing a readthrough of the Harry Potter series; they're currently at the beginning of the third book).
Grown-Up Kids: A Disney Podcast (They're watching through ALL of the Disney Animated movies starting with Snow White; personally, I only listen to episodes if I've seen the movie myself. We're about 100 years away from Frozen and Moana).
I also enjoyed listening to Sparkpeople Radio, and I'm still disappointed they no longer do it. (I'm also bitter about the end of the online Spark meetings years ago though. I hold grudges.)
