Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It's a great 'travel exercise' be cause it takes up very little space in your suitcase and weighs next to nothing!
For me, I prefer jumping rope on the grass because the ground is easier on my joints than cement or asphalt. I've also been known to use a jump rope at the YMCA when the aerobics room is not in use. They have good flooring in there.
You don't really even need an actual jump rope, although I do enjoy the challenge of seeing how many jumps I can go without missing.

I was just thinking about buying a jump rope the other day. I used to jump rope when active with tennis. It was great exercise, keeping the calf muscles strong. I guess in summary I don't jump rope now but likely will be again in the future.
