I have looked into it before. I fear that 'for me' personally. Following low carb the first half of the day. Would only lead to a carb binge in the second half of the day. No I must be completely honest. It would absolutely lead to a binge in the second half of the day.

I have found that moderation and lowering my carbs. Not completely cutting them out. Even for only part of the day. Is the only thing that keeps my blood sugar steady. Throughout the day. Then again. I am not diabetic. I have low blood sugar without any traces of diabetes. (I know this, I have been tested)

We are all different. If you want to try it. Give yourself a week and see how you feel.

I have the book "The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet". I have only read the intro as I have found the book to be dry reading. However, a fellow Sparkfriend swears by it.

Have you ever read the book and what is your opinion? Does the diet work?
