Do whatever you need to do to get a jumpstart BUT
the more you stick to fresh whole foods the better the nutrition and good eating habits you will form. For me Nutrisystem is just processed DIET food. If you follow the Spark menu suggestions you will eat healthier and spend less money...not to mention get a good start on living a healthy lifestyle.

I was in Walmart and they had a Nurtisystem kit for sale. A weeks worth of meals in a very tiny box.

You still have to buy your vegetables. I have seen the food and it looks inedible.

Better to track your food on Spark People for free.
