Yes, this is a rounding error. If you click on each item individually you will notice that at least some of them have decimals instead of whole numbers. Spark uses this actual data to calculate, but rounds to the nearest whole number on the main page. It will do this with protein and fat as well. So if you entered in a serving of something that has 4.4 grams of protein three times in a day you will see 4 g listed, but the total at the bottom would be 13 grams instead of twelve. If you ate three items with .6 g fat, each item will show as 1 g on the main screen but your total will show as 2 g (because .6x3 =1.8).
