To the OP - your nutrition tracker is open. I just had a look at it.

Just make sure it actually works to keep you accountable. I found that I would just not track something I didn't want others to potentially see and that will really hinder me. If it works for you to have it out in the open, then great. Do it.

i feel like it holds me more accountable.....if every bite that goes into my mouth ends up on my tracker, it may hold me back some...(Lord willing!)

My thought is. My food intake isn't as good as it should be. I don't want anyone just starting out. To think. Oh I can eat like that and still lose weight.

You can, but I would prefer that people don't think of me as a role model.

That is why I keep my food intake secret.

I have looked through several people's spark pages and I can't see anyone else's food ticker/trackers? I checked the "setting" where mine can be visible...but I don't know if it actually is??? I want my spark friends to be able to hold me accountable by seeing what I've eaten for the day (as an option)....does this make sense? But I'm not sure if this really is a feature on the spark pages? help?!
