It's nice you have a weight group to help relieve the stress of weighing in! You are lucky. I am glad to hear you are using the SP nutrition tracker. That's the single most important tool here, I think.
You are lucky to have nice weather there in SoCal. I am in Minnesota and did a 5k this morning. It was -13 F at the start. LOL....
It's nice that you get to spend time with your grandkids. And just to clarify: the consumption of sugar does not cause diabetes. recognize that you overindulged yesterday. Therefore, it's great you won't eat at Menchies because you ate too much yesterday not because froyo has sugar. The healthy journey is about balance.

Thank you Meghan. I put a challenge on my Fitbit this morning of 15k steps today and I am half way there. I weigh in on Friday at my Kaiser Hospital weight group. I did post my breakfast to my tracker this morning. We have good weather today in So Cal and I plan to take grandkids to Menchies, a soft yogurt place but I am not even tempted. I had so much sugar yesterday and that is stupid because I have a serious health issue that would kill me if I got diabetes. Sometimes I don't understand myself. .
Okay so I was half way to my goal before the holidays. I gained I am sure although I have not gotten on the scale but clothes still feel the same. I did not blow it the way I have other years. I have 19lbs to go and now I want to do this mostly for my health. I want to find a buddy on line here to do this. Is there any special place for that?
