I record what my scale registers. It goes up by .2 of a pound.

I drop it. If I haven't made it, I haven't made it, period. Your body doesn't wind down...it still has the extra weight to lose. Stay true to your goals. emoticon

i only look at the whole number, but look at partial if i'm losing weight

I keep the points in my weigh ins because to me, even if I lose 0.2 pounds in a week, it's still a loss! Plus I use the app My weight to track trends in my weight throughout the month -- the app suggests you weigh yourself everyday but I do it about every other day and I'm not afraid to take breaks because I don't want to be obsessive with the scale. But yea, I keep all my numbers exact :~)

I don't do fractions...I focus on the trend of how the numbers are going.
the scale is just one of many tools to let you know if your strategy is working.

When you weigh in do you count what it says like if you weigh 237.8 do you count that or do you drop the .8 and just say i weight 237 lbs?
