Ugh! I hate the ritual changing of the clocks! My body wants to respond to the sun, not the alarm -- and the 2x/year artificial fixing of the time-of-day drives me nuts! I'm absolutely "not myself" for 10 days around that event in the fall and in the spring.
The fact that I can plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another's, smile at someone and receive a smile in return, are to me continual spiritual exercises.
