I am doing some indoor exercises for 20 minutes, daily. Yes, i think walking for a great amount of time in a day, would be a good starting for me. Your advices is really helpfull. Thank you. :)

What sort of exercise do you do now ?

If you're sedentary, you don't want to start with an hour of exercise a day. You want to start with an amount of exercise that you know you will do. Remember, when you start exercising, you will never stop. In order to take the weight off and keep it off, as well as stay healthy your entire life, you will need to learn to be active in some way for your entire life. So, if you are not active currently, you will need to slowly ease into a regular routine.

Are you in reasonably good health ? Can you walk without any discomfort ? How far do you walk each day ? If you don't walk, why not set a goal to take a 30 minute walk each day for one week ?

Let's say you're reasonably active, do you have a gym membership ? If so, why not check out the class schedule to see what classes you'd might like to try. If you don't have a gym membership, how about trying some DVDs. Don't know what to try ? Then why not go to the library and borrow some DVDs. your local library is not only a great resource for books, you can borrow DVDs too. So why not see what the library has and try a DVD workout or two.

I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. Despite, I set my daily exercise routine, i am not satisfied what i am doing, so i really want hear from you, what should i do as a daily routine exercise. Many thanks.
