I am doing Keto. It is easier for me to stay on and I've had a decrease in inflammation.

You will find many, many people following various interpretations of "low carb"!!

Use the magnifying glass up above on the right to "Search" for Low Carb Teams and message threads about it.

Personally, I aim for a "lower carb" goal...but I don't follow any written specific diet or plan from some book or article that I could share. I have a history of pre-diabetes, and my doctor and I worked out some goals for my height weight and calorie needs. I'm 5'2", currently 137, rather active for being 66yrs old lady, and aim for 30 NET carb per meal, and 15 for snacks. When I follow it, it works for me.

You might need different goals. Give yourself time to settle into some (moderate)changes and discover what works for you. Remember that this is not an "overnight" process....don't become discouraged, nor make drastic changes you cannot live with. All the best,
patti
