Do you have a cell phone ? If so, there are free pedometer APPs that you can use to track how many steps you take. If you keep your phone with you all the time, the apps are pretty good.

Omicron makes a decent pedometer for under $20. The most popular step tracker would be something more expensive like a Fitbit or Garmin.

Do you just want to track your steps ? If so, your cheapest option would be a pedometer app for your cell phone. Otherwise, something like Omicron does a good job too. This is assuming you don't want to pay $80-$125 for something like a Fitbit or Garmin.

A pedometer is cheaper though. I've had a Yamax for years - really reliable and accurate, in spite of the number of times I've dropped it!

I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
