Don't get me wrong...I'm not one of those who HAS to get my points every day.... Most days I don't even log in to the spin thingy or bonus points...or care! Points in and of themselves are, well, pointless...!!

Most of my points would be from Tracking Food and Exercise, posting, and the occasional article or Challenge I previously found helpful. I just happened to note that my points are now at a place I never ever thought I would get to---just as my weight is finally getting to my elusive goal weight. Coincidence? Probably not!

Here's a curious thought.... I wonder what the "average" number of Spark points are earned while trying to reach a significant goal...like losing the last 15 pounds for example. I *know* we all start at such vastly different points on our Journey, that there won't be a way to calculate this overall. But--do you remember where your point total was when you hit a cherished goal??

After several years on my Journey, I am finally reaching a Healthy BMI...and find myself at 78000+ points. That's a LOT of time invested in reaching this goal...and something which might help a newcomer get a grip on what kind of commitment this is really going to entail.
