I have multiple nodules... one quite large. They have been biopsied, and there is no further treatment necessary. My thyroid function has not changed over the last 5+ years since the discovery of them.

I am newly diagnosed with a thyroid nodule. I don't have a treatment plan or prognosis yet, my biopsy is Monday. I suspect it has made me become hypo. I have really been struggling because since I noticed the lump enough to ask a doctor about it, I have really felt tired and exhausted and working out seems to exacerbate all of my symptoms. So if I workout, I feel like I need to sleep for two days or like someone has been beating me with a stick. I was in descent shape before this happened, so I know it's not that I took on a new workout program. I just need some support that I'm going to feel normal again and that it's not going to become utterly impossible to lose weight and feel healthy again. I need to hear that people with thryoid problems can be fit and healthy. I know it's silly, but I'm just feeling down about it today!! Anyway, I didn't know if there was a support group for people with thyroid problems. I've tried searching with no luck.
