I was on plan similar. Weekly check-ins. Monthly weigh-ins. And a weekly challenge. It was very helpful.

Those are great plans, well done.

The only tip I have is or well something for you to think about how will you make sure your dinner will be under 500 calories, do you have 3-4 go to recipes or good take out meals to choose from just so you're not stuck at dinner time wondering what to eat.

That's a pretty good plan. I've been increasing the number of daily steps by 500 steps after exceeding the new step level for at least a week.

Good plan. I managed to make it bigger so I could read it. I like the way it is so specific and positive. You can do this.

Not sure I can see it all, but did notice not drinking wine during the week (I think?). That worked for me. When I was losing weight I had to give up the wine during the week and moderated it on the weekend.

Great plan that I could see. Go for it.

so I clicked on the plan itself and could see it better. I like how the person gave you specific steps during particular times. Go for it!

I used to have some super stickers I had to mark these things. They aren't as exciting, but Pinterest has some under Fitness Planners.

After a certain amount of doing the habit, you can give yourself a small reward like nailpolish, and goodies like that.

Hi everyone! I've created a SMART plan with my weight loss coach and she said I needed to share it with someone so I will have more chance of sticking to my promises emoticon I thought sharing it here would be a good place to start... so here it is!

Anyone else been asked to do anything like this? What are your plans like? I have a review in 6 weeks where I need to bring more ideas for things I can do so anyone have any tips?
