If you keep a positive motivation with weighing everyday, then there's nothing wrong with doing so. I weigh every day as part of being mindful....but I record, and really pay attention to, the weekly average of those days. The fluctuations don't bother me: if I'm down--great, if I'm up--be more mindful today!

The most important thing is the trend of your weight over time. If seeing the scale go up a few pounds due to more sodium or exercise bothers you, then you shouldn't weigh everyday. But as long as seeing the daily fluctuations doesn't make you go scorched earth on the diet side of things, by all means weigh everyday and see what factors change your weight in what ways.

I had always thought it was not good to weigh every day because weight can fluctuate but I've only been back with Spark for 11 day and so far weighing everyday is keeping me focused. Soooooo, I think I'll keeping weighing everyday until the plateau comes (which is probably a ways off since I am more than 100 lbs over my healthy weight!)
