I have an espresso machine so I can make my own lattes and mochas. I usually go with low-fat goat's milk (occasionally half low-fat/half whole) and make my own flavor syrups, which I use sparingly. I only drink one a day, so I don't worry about being a little indulgent. They are far less sweet, with way fewer calories, than those I used to get from the local cafes.
With cinnamon cocnut oil and little sprinkle of splenda and I blend it all it's called a bullet proof coffee and it gets all frothy thats what I have for a treat but every morning I have full fat cream and 1/4 a pack of splenda. (I'm a low carber)
