mushroom, onions, and olives. other veg are welcome, like spinach, artichokes, and sundried tomato, but not necessary. on a very rare occasion I might make my signature bbq chicken pizza (from scratch) but hubby doesn't really like meat on pizzas either, so we almost always have veggie, whether at home or out.
Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

i've been putting pizza toppings on low carb tortillas to get through a craving. sometimes i make a big pizza with a cauliflower crust. fave toppings are chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, sauce and a lil cheese..
yummm! & no guilt!
