I try not to for at least 3 weeks. I try to how by how my clothes feel. My reasonibg is that muscle weighs more than fat. So as I start exervising and toning it is possible for the scale to increase, but my body is actually toning up and decreasing in fat.
Yard by yard it's hard, but inch by inch it's a cinch. Loosing weight is 20% physical and 80% mental
