I have been weighing in weekly, at first I was seeing some awesome results. But this week, It seems that I might have not lost weight. This is frustrating when I have been working so hard. I wish I had a better answer for you, just keep up the good work. If daily makes you accountable to loosing weight then go for it!

I weigh myself only once a week. When you weigh daily, you can easily get discouraged when you don't see results everyday. The most important result however, is when you see your waist shrinking and your clothes start getting looser!
