I'm trying to get into the habit of only weighing myself once a week. I used to do it several times a day, but that's when I was battling bulimia. I'm still in recovery, but I'm doing quite well.

At least daily, sometimes twice a day. I don't fixate on the daily changes but look for trends. I know my weight fluctuates by several pounds per day so taking multiple readings gives me a more accurate average.
