In spite of what I have read against the idea, I weigh daily in the morning after my shower. I don't frustrate if I haven't gone down but I watch for the trends and let my observations serve as motivation. I still concentrate on healthy decisions rather than the scale numbers. Seventy pounds down from my initial 335 and another 70 pounds until I hit my goal. Keep it up, everyone!

Daily in the morning, first thing. If not my weight can increase by 1-8 pounds more in a week.
I have pleurisy, 3 types of anemia from Iron,folic acid,other vitamins not working,chronic pneumonia,chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I had 6 operations recently. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 3 years as well.
