I just got back. Walking down to my turn around was not so difficult. In fact, the wind helped move me along. But the return was a different matter. I had to rearrange my scarf, the wind was blowing so hard. But I did it.....2.38 miles in 52 minutes.

Yes, I have 6,000 steps in already today because I bit the bullet and went to the indoor walking track this morning before work. I HATE it because it is soooo boring and I am the only one under 70 at that time of day, but it's cold and rainy out and ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Just normal walk to complete my tasks, up down the stairs but not very comfy in my current sandals, hurt at the knees and soles - need new footwear, I wonder if comfy cushioning sport shoes are allowed in the office. Hate, hate those girls who wear high heels and look as if no pain, hehe.
