Walking is an easy way to exercise. If it is hot, go early in the day or in the evenings. If it is raining, take an umbrella. If it is cold, wear a coat and hat. There are few days the elements prevent you from walking.

I try to walk two miles a day, five days a week.

Are you getting out and walking on a regular basis?
