Slightly .... went to a regional fair. Ate very good, richly southern delights (not your usual "fair" cuisine). No guilt though because it was fabulous! 6 miles this am and back on track with my healthy eating today! It's all about "balace," right?!?

Ugh yes and yet I refuse to let it distract or upset or deter me! It doesn't make me bad just a bit needy and now I can see it. Onward to the weekend. Saturday is a day that makes it easier to see how beautiful life is and it often lasts most of the week following!
