Unfortunately, yes. Went out for dinner and had tortilla chips with guacamole and quesadillas. Then, had 1/2 cup of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream for dessert. While, it wasn't a horrible day- it wasn't as it should have been.

Yes, but it was planned, which makes it ok in my book. Caliente Jalepeno burger from our local diner. I did hold the mayo, tho. Even had fries. However, I had a 1 hr. circuit with my daughter's class and 2 hr. softball practice with her team. Didn't gain an oz.

Im not quite sure if I overate yesterday. I drank a meal shake that morning then when my fiance got off at 4 we went to a Friche's and I ate a salad (with just lettuce, crutons, and ranch, and a some cheese) which kept me full for the rest of the day and night. I got really full from it so I feel like I overate, but he says I probably didn't. The salad was medium in size and I didn't finish it o.o; I also had a peach and about 8 goldfish crackers. I think I overate :(
