@ SHADOWGIRL 13 Treat yourself to Mac D's once a month. I thought of this just yesterday, I was craving it and had already too many calories in me for a big mac and fries so I've decided that as a treat I will get it once a month and on that day I will skip lunch so I can get big mac and large french fries for dinner (my love hate item)
A little bit, according to my nutrition tracker, but I think it's because the honey I put in my tea has over a hundred calories. So I could be thinking that I'm doing something healthy by drinking tea, when it's probably the same amount of calories and sugar as a can of coke.
